The programme emphasizes the relations of these disciplines and shows ways to combine them for a complete solution. The wide range of involved disciplines makes it an academically challenging programme.

The programme is primarily aimed at graduates of foreign universities. For graduates of engineering bachelor's degree programmes at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences or other German-speaking universities, it offers an adequate English-language option for acquiring in-depth specialist knowledge in a consecutive master's degree programme in Computer Engineering for IoT Systems.
